Our all-inclusive package will take you exploring the rainforest and exploring your life in a whole new way. We will swim in the river and marvel at the wildlife and relax, rejuvenate and renew our body, spirit and mind.

Enjoy a week filled with classes teaching you the tools you need to grow in mind, body and spirit, all while relaxing in the natural wonders of this rainforest oasis. Let us take you on a journey of play and creativity and discover your power to manifest.

Costa Rican Biodiversity

An abundance of lush greens and other tropical colors, the Costa Rican rain forests are a national treasure. Costa Rica maintains 25 percent of its land for biological preserves, national forests, and other protected sites. Research, education, and investment in a stable and welcoming tourist industry have contributed greatly to the world's understanding of just how important our natural environment is.

Costa Rica is home to:
more than 6% of all life forms on earth
more than 630 resident bird species (quetzals, macaws, parrots)
120 seasonal migrating birds (hawks, falcons, eagles)
66 species of hummingbirds
5,000 different species of grasshoppers
160 known amphibians (frogs and toads, turtles, salamanders)
220 reptiles (lizards, snakes, caimans, crocodiles)
10% of all known butterflies
many varieties of mammals
including, sloths, tapirs, jaguars, and monkeys

About us

One of Laura's greatest joys in life is exploring the outdoors. She finds her spirit come alive in the wilderness, especially when discovering some exotic creature or awe-inspiring view. Being a Co-Active Life Coach and a Brown Belt Nia teacher brings together two creative tools to experience life, explore choices, and implement powerful change.
Teaching Nia allows her to combine mind, body, emotion and spirit in a movement practice that brings her great joy. Laura has had many challenging and diverse careers. She's been a Registered Nurse in Pediatrics, a Mediator and a professional baker. She's worked for her local AIDS Services Group, volunteered for the Red Cross during Hurricane Katrina and for the local Free Clinic. She is also the mother of two thriving sons, and shares her home with 3 dogs, 2 cats and a snake. She's done lots of things — and the thread running through them is joy.

Born and raised in Germany, Sky's background ranges from management in corporations, non-profits and restaurants to body and energy worker, movement teacher and life coach. Re-inventing herself to follow her path and going through many transitions she has founded dare2Byou, a conduit for change in others, awakening their true selves with their passion, vision and dream. She works with visionaries, leaders and healers at heart, helping them create and live the life they are meant to live through connecting and integrating body, spirit, mind and emotions. Sky is a certified co-active coach, pilates instructor and NIA white belt.
